No. These packages do not include on-site videography or professional filming. Clients provide raw footage, photos, or source content, and our team edits and formats that content for social media.

Yes. That is one of the best uses of this service. You can send us client testimonials, behind-the-scenes clips, educational videos, event footage, product/service highlights, or simple phone recordings, and we can turn them into short-form social content.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
Light monitoring is included in the Starter and Grow tiers. Impact includes moderate monitoring. Full community management, inbox support, or sales conversation management can be quoted separately.
Are ads included?
No. Organic social media management and paid social ads are separate services. Ad spend is never included in the monthly management fee.
What platforms do you manage?
Packages commonly include Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Additional platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Threads, or X can be added for an additional monthly fee.
What do you need from us each month?
We need access to your social accounts, brand assets, business updates, raw photo/video content, upcoming events, offers, testimonials, and any topics you want to highlight.
Can you create content if we do not have many photos or videos?
Yes, but the amount and type of content may be limited. We can create graphic posts, educational posts, quote posts, promotional posts, and simple branded content. For reel posts, we will need client-provided footage or usable source material.
