Terms of Service for Arising Co. Plans

By utilizing any of Arising Co.’s products or services (including but not limited to web hosting, website design, website maintenance, software development, content development, SEO, and marketing services), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Launch Fast for Authors, Speakers & Coaches

1. Overview

Launch Fast for Authors, Speakers & Coaches is a done-for-you website service designed for authors, speakers, coaches, and experts who want a professional online presence without paying thousands upfront.
By purchasing a Launch Fast for Authors, Speakers & Coaches website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, which serve as a binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Arising Co LLC (“Consultant,” “we,” or “us”).
This offering is separate from the standard Launch Fast Website Package described below, which carries its own pricing and terms.

2. Scope of Service

Each Launch Fast for Authors, Speakers & Coaches website includes:

• A professionally customized website template of your choice
• Up to four (4) core pages
• Mobile-friendly development
• Website copy created from your questionnaire responses
• Basic on-page SEO setup
• Contact-form setup
• Domain connection
• One (1) organized review round before launch
• The Launch Fast SEO Starter Kit at no additional cost (10 researched keywords, 5 blog post and page guides, Google Search Console setup, an on-page SEO guide, and a content writing guide), delivered after your website launches

Custom requests outside this scope (e.g., eCommerce, online courses, memberships, custom code, complex integrations) are available as optional add-ons or will be quoted separately.

3. Payment Terms

The Launch Fast for Authors, Speakers & Coaches website is offered at five (5) monthly payments of $97 ($485 total).
All payments are processed through secure online checkout.

Payments are non-refundable once work has begun (defined as submission of your questionnaire or any design work started).
If no questionnaire is submitted within 30 days of purchase, the project may be marked inactive and may require a reactivation fee.

You own your website after completing all five (5) website payments. If the payment plan is canceled, or payments fail and are not resolved, before all five payments are completed, ownership of the website does not transfer, and Arising Co may suspend or take the website offline until the remaining balance is resolved. Payments made prior to cancellation are forfeited per Section 9 below.

4. Hosting and Website Care

Beginning in your third month, you will select one of the following website-care plans. Hosting and care are ongoing services and are separate from your five website payments:

• Basic Website Care — $20/month:
  Secure website hosting, SSL certificate, website security, routine backups, and essential technical care.

• Website Care + Monthly Edits — $50/month:
  Everything in Basic Website Care, plus up to 30 minutes of website content edits each month.

By continuing hosting with Arising Co, you agree to monthly auto-billing until canceled with 30 days notice.
The Hosting & Uptime Disclaimer in Section 7A of the Launch Fast Website Package terms below applies equally to this offering.

5. Optional Add-Ons

The following add-ons are optional, quoted separately, and may be added during or after onboarding. Your $97-per-month website does not require any of them:

• Online Store Setup — starting at $1,000 (available as 10 monthly payments of $100)
• Online Course Setup — starting at $1,500 (monthly payment options available)
• Courses + Membership Subscriptions — starting at $2,000 (monthly payment options available)

6. Client Responsibilities

• Complete the intake questionnaire in full.
• Confirm your selected template during onboarding.
• Provide logos, colors, images, and any required content promptly.
• Respond to communication within reasonable timeframes.

Failure to provide required materials or responses within 30 days may result in project delays or cancellation without refund.

7. Delivery Timeline

Typical delivery is within approximately three (3) weeks after receiving all necessary materials (questionnaire, photos, content, and other requested items).
The timeline begins once everything requested has been received. Delays caused by late submissions, reviews, or communication from the client will extend this timeline.

8. Ownership and Migration

Upon completion of all five (5) website payments:

• You own your website, including the content, images, and copy provided by or approved by you.
• Arising Co retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, templates, or development tools used.
• You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the completed site for your business.

Once your website is paid off, you are free to migrate it to your own hosting provider, and you handle that migration yourself. If you prefer Arising Co to handle the migration for you, a one-time transfer fee starting at $150 applies, depending on the size of your website files.

Arising Co may feature your website in its portfolio unless you request removal in writing.

9. Revisions, Support, Refunds, and Cancellations

One (1) organized review round is included before launch. Additional changes or expanded features will be quoted separately.
Post-launch support is available for 14 days for technical issues related to the build.

All purchases are final once onboarding begins.
Refunds are only possible if no work has commenced.
Cancellations after work begins forfeit payments made in full.

10. Shared Terms

The following sections of the Launch Fast Website Package terms below apply equally to Launch Fast for Authors, Speakers & Coaches: Section 7A (Hosting & Uptime Disclaimer), Section 10 (Copyright & Media Responsibility), Section 11 (Limitation of Liability), Section 12 (Marketing Attribution), and Section 13 (Governing Law).

Launch Fast Website Package

1. Overview

The Launch Fast package is a done-for-you website service designed for small business owners seeking an affordable, fast-launch online presence without a long-term contract.
By purchasing a Launch Fast website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, which serve as a binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Arising Co LLC (“Consultant,” “we,” or “us”).

2. Scope of Service

Each Launch Fast website includes:

• A 4-page WordPress website (Home, About, Services, Contact)
• Copywriting based on your questionnaire responses
• Template customization using your brand colors, images, and logo
• Blog setup (up to one sample post)
• MailerLite integration (optional, free up to 500 subscribers)
• Basic SEO setup and Google Search Console connection (if credentials provided)

Custom requests outside this scope (e.g., eCommerce, custom code, complex integrations) will be quoted separately.

3. Payment Terms

The Launch Fast website is offered at a one-time payment of $499 (discounted from $750) or three (3) monthly payments of $180.
All payments are processed through secure online checkout.

Payments are non-refundable once work has begun (defined as submission of your questionnaire or any design work started).
If no questionnaire is submitted within 30 days of purchase, the project may be marked inactive and may require a reactivation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Complete the intake questionnaire in full.
• Provide logos, colors, images, and any required content promptly.
• Respond to communication within reasonable timeframes.

7. Hosting and Maintenance

Hosting for Launch Fast websites is available after the initial 3-month free period.

• Hosting-Only Plan — $20/month:
  Secure managed hosting with regular backups, software updates, and uptime monitoring.

• Hosting + Maintenance Plan — $50/month:
  Includes everything in Hosting-Only plus light monthly maintenance and content edits (up to 30 minutes per month), minor plugin/theme updates, and priority technical support.

If you choose to migrate your website to your own hosting provider, a one-time transfer fee of $300 applies.
This fee covers the migration process.

By continuing hosting with Arising Co, you agree to monthly auto-billing until canceled with 30 days notice.

7A. Hosting & Uptime Disclaimer

Hosting is provided via reputable third-party infrastructure. While we monitor and maintain your site, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for outages, slowdowns, or interruptions caused by hosting providers, network carriers, DDoS events, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
If an outage occurs, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to investigate and restore service in a timely manner, including coordinating with the hosting provider as needed. Scheduled maintenance or emergency patches may temporarily impact availability.
You acknowledge that downtime can occur and agree that Arising Co.’s responsibility is limited to reasonable remediation efforts; we are not responsible for lost revenue, data, goodwill, or other consequential damages arising from downtime.

8. Revisions and Support

Includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions after the first draft.
Post-launch support is available for 14 days for technical issues related to the build.
Additional revisions or feature requests will be quoted separately.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

All Launch Fast purchases are final once onboarding begins.
Refunds are only possible if no work has commenced.
Cancellations after work begins forfeit payment in full.

10. Copyright & Media Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring all provided media (logos, images, videos) are owned or licensed for use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arising Co from any claims arising from your use of unlicensed or infringing materials.

11. Limitation of Liability

Arising Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Launch Fast package.

12. Marketing Attribution

Arising Co may include your logo, business name, or project screenshot in its marketing materials unless you opt out by written request.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be handled via arbitration or small claims court in Orange County, Florida.

Service Terms

By engaging with Arising Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements to use our services.
2. Authorized Use
   You must be a real person. Use of our services by automated agents, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
3. Authority to Act
   You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of your business, organization, or entity in matters related to your website and associated digital assets.
4. Account Security
   You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any administrative access we provide. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.
5. Content & Site Activity
   You are responsible for all content and activity associated with your website, including any updates, edits, or third-party access granted by you.
6. Lawful Use
   Our services may not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property and copyright regulations.
7. Credit Link
   As part of our agreement, you grant Arising Co. permission to include a small, discreet credit link in your website’s footer (e.g., “Website by Arising Co.”). This link may be removed upon request after project completion for an additional fee.

Every website plan from Arising Co. includes the following core features to ensure your site is modern, secure, and optimized for performance:

1. Custom Website Design & Branding
   Professionally tailored design aligned with your brand—this includes font selection, color palette, image placement, logo integration, and layout adjustments. Advanced customizations may be subject to additional quotes based on scope.
2. Content Management System (CMS)
   Your website will be built on a robust CMS platform (typically WordPress), enabling you to easily manage and update your content without technical expertise.
3. Ongoing Content Updates
   Includes timed content edits to existing pages each month. Unlimited content updates may be available depending on your plan or by request.
4. Secure Managed Hosting
   Fast, reliable hosting with weekly backups, uptime monitoring, and all essential software updates—handled for you.
5. Website Security & Maintenance
   Continuous monitoring for security threats, malware protection, and routine system maintenance to keep your website running smoothly and safely.
6. Analytics & Search Tools Setup
   Initial setup of Google Analytics and Google Search Console, with proper integration into your site to track performance and monitor visibility.
7. Foundational On-Page SEO
   We optimize each page for search engines with custom page titles, meta descriptions, keyword-focused content structure, and sitemap submission to Google Search Console.

Commitment & Billing

• Minimum 3-month commitment required for all Digital Marketing Plans
• After the initial 3-month term, plans renew month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days' written notice
• Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is billed separately by the respective platforms and is not included in the management fee
• Plan upgrades or downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle with written notice

Ownership

All strategy documents, ad copy, campaign assets, and deliverables produced under your plan are yours upon full payment. Arising Co retains rights to internal templates, automation workflows, and proprietary tooling.

Our "Unlimited" Edit Policy

Our Unlimited Content Edits policy is designed to cover tasks that take 30 minutes or less to complete and can generally be handled within the admin panel of your CMS.

Examples include adding or editing content on pages or posts, updating menus and widgets, installing and configuring simple plugins, and more. For more complex tasks like adding interactive elements to the website, we are happy to provide a quote or recommend a path forward as we are experienced in handling advanced animations and interactions but our packages do not come with this out of the box.

A more detailed list of covered tasks:

Content Management:

• Publishing new pages and blog posts from provided text documents
• Adding, removing, or editing text and other content on posts, pages, and products
• Uploading and placing provided images (JPG, PNG)
• Basic image cropping and resizing within the CMS dashboard
• Implementing provided Rankmath SEO (or similar) keywords, titles, and meta descriptions
• Adding, removing, or editing navigation menu items
• Configuring popups, notification bars, and slide-ins using provided text and images
• Creating image galleries
• Editing page URLs/slugs
• Adding, removing, or editing user accounts
• Uploading PDF files for download
• Adjusting widgets

Settings & Technical Adjustments:

• Updating color scheme
• Implementing 301 redirects
• Adding, removing, or editing fields in existing forms
• Editing templates built with visual editors (e.g., Oxygen, Elementor, Divi)
• Installing simple plugins from the WordPress repository (e.g., “Code Snippets”)

Also covered but may require more time:

• Page speed adjustments based on GTmetrix or PageSpeed Insights reports

Turnaround Times

Website Plan Edits:

• Urgent Support: Critical issues (e.g., website down, core functionality broken) — resolution targeted within 24 hours.
• Standard Updates: General revisions and content updates — completed within 3 business days.
• New Page Builds: New page using existing templates — completed within 10 business days.

PPC Campaign Tasks:

• New Campaign Builds or Overhauls: 7–10 business days after approval and access provision.
• Ad Copy & Creative Revisions: 3–5 business days depending on volume.
• Urgent Ad Disapprovals/Errors: Addressed within 24–48 hours.
• Reporting & Strategy Meetings: Scheduled monthly or bi-weekly based on plan tier.

Payment, Refunds, and Ownership

• A valid credit or debit card is required. The service is a monthly subscription.
• Website plans with a 12-month agreement are billed for the full term regardless of usage or cancellation.
• Website plans with a 6-month agreement are billed for the full term regardless of usage or cancellation.
• Plan upgrades or downgrades are applied at the next billing cycle.
• For the 12-month plans, after 12 months, you receive full ownership of your logo, website, content, and design assets. Upon request, we’ll provide a backup file and design files. Arising Co. is not responsible for installing or supporting the site elsewhere after transfer.
• For the 6-month plans, after 6 months, you receive full ownership of your logo, website, content, and design assets. Upon request, we’ll provide a backup file and design files. Arising Co. is not responsible for installing or supporting the site elsewhere after transfer.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified.
• Arising Co. is not responsible for errors caused by your team or third-party contributors. Fixing such issues is billable and not included in maintenance.

SEO Work Product Ownership

All SEO deliverables (e.g., reports, on-page work, articles, and content) are yours upon full invoice payment. Internal tools, workflows, and configurations remain Arising Co. intellectual property.

SEO Billing & Cancellation

All SEO plans are month-to-month — no long-term contracts required. To cancel, written notice must be submitted at least 14 days before your next billing date. Services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be made.

We recommend remaining enrolled for a minimum of 3–6 months to allow for proper indexing and ranking — SEO typically takes 3–9 months to fully take effect. Early cancellation will not incur penalties, but results may be limited if services are discontinued before the work has had time to compound.

PPC Plan Billing Terms

• 3-month minimum commitment; renews month-to-month unless canceled with 30 days’ notice
• Fees exclude ad spend, which is billed separately by the platforms
• Grow and Impact plans include a base fee plus a percentage of ad spend
• Ad spend is reconciled monthly. Your card will be charged for any applicable overages

Creative & Campaign Ownership

Upon payment, you own ad copy, strategy docs, and campaigns. Arising Co. retains rights to templates, automations, and proprietary creative tools.

Cancellation and Termination

Arising Co., in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (see Right to Refuse Service). You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You may cancel your account at any time. However, all website plans with a 12-month service agreement and 6-month service agreement will be billed for the remainder of the agreement term, regardless of usage or cancellation, to cover the upfront project costs.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that any website or design services provided by us constitute a "work for hire." All rights and intellectual property created by Arising Co. for you will be transferred to you upon the successful completion of your 12-month service agreement or your 6-month service agreement (depending on which website plan you have selected), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This clause ensures Arising Co. is properly compensated for the significant creative and development expenses incurred on your behalf.

Changes to the Service and Prices

Arising Co. reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice if payment is not received within 30 days of its due date. Prices of all Services, including monthly subscription fees, are subject to change upon 30 days' notice at the time of contract renewal (after the initial 12-month term or 6-month term). Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Arising Co. website and/or by email. Arising Co. shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Prohibited & Restricted Content

Arising Co. does not design, build, host, maintain, or market websites that feature or promote the following categories of content. We will decline new projects in these categories, and we may suspend or terminate existing services if a website is changed to include them:

• Adult content — pornography, sexually explicit material, escort or adult entertainment services, or sexually oriented products and services
• Gambling — online casinos, sports betting, lotteries, or other games of chance played for money
• Illegal drugs and controlled substances — including the sale or promotion of substances that are illegal under federal or Florida law
• Weapons and explosives — the sale of firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Hate or violence — content that promotes hatred, discrimination, harassment, or violence against any person or group
• Deceptive schemes — scams, pyramid or multi-level marketing recruitment schemes, "get rich quick" offers, counterfeit goods, or content designed to mislead consumers
• Malicious activity — malware distribution, phishing, spam operations, or infringement of others' intellectual property

The following categories are restricted and accepted only at our sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis, after review: CBD, hemp, vaping, and tobacco products; cryptocurrency and investment offerings; dietary supplements with health claims; and any industry subject to heightened advertising or regulatory restrictions. If you are unsure whether your business falls into a restricted category, contact us at info@thearising.co before purchasing.

If we discover prohibited content on a website we service, we may suspend or terminate the engagement under the Right to Refuse Service section below. Payments already made for completed work are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Service

Arising Co. reserves the right to decline or terminate service to anyone for any reason. This may occur if your project involves content described in the Prohibited & Restricted Content section above, or if we determine that your website, product, or IT needs require an extraordinary amount of effort beyond the scope of our plans. We will attempt to negotiate a suitable custom compensation arrangement before terminating our relationship. If we terminate services under this clause, we will provide you with full ownership of any assets completed and paid for before the termination date. Upon this type of termination, the agreement will be voided, and you will not be responsible for remaining monthly payments. However, we are not responsible for the completion of any unfinished projects upon such termination.

General Conditions

1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. The Service is performed by human technicians, and occasional errors may occur. We are committed to correcting any such mistakes promptly.
3. For Website Plans with a 12-month agreement, billing will continue for the entire term regardless of usage or cancellation requests. For Website Plans with a 6-month agreement, billing will continue for the entire term regardless of usage or cancellation requests.
4. You understand that Arising Co. uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, and storage required to run the Service.
5. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violate any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
6. Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Arising Co. customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
7. We are not responsible for ensuring your website is compliant with specific regulations such as ADA or GDPR, though we follow best practices.
8. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
9. ARISING CO. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL BE 100% UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE (OUR SERVERS AIM FOR 99.9% UPTIME FOR YOUR WEBSITE), (II) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, AND (III) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR INFORMATION OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET EXPECTATIONS OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THE DESCRIBED PLANS.
10. Hosting Provider Dependencies & Availability. Arising Co relies on third-party hosting and network providers. Accordingly, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not responsible for outages or service degradation caused by those providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. In the event of an outage, we will act with commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly, but availability is provided on an “as-is” basis without service level guarantees.
11. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ARISING CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (I) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (IV) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
12. The failure of Arising Co. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Arising Co. and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
13. Neither Party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, fire, weather, accident, acts of public enemy, terrorism, war, rebellion, insurrection, strike, lockout, work slowdown, sabotage, transportation delay, act of God, or the order of any government or judicial body.
14. Any claim or action arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be submitted by the Parties to binding arbitration in Orange County, FL, utilizing the American Arbitration Association rules. The forum to enforce the decision of any arbitration proceeding shall be a court of competent jurisdiction in the state or federal courts of Orange County, FL. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida.
15. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the rest of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
16. No Guaranteed Rankings: While Arising Co. follows industry best practices in technical SEO, content optimization, and local SEO, we do not guarantee specific keyword rankings or traffic increases. Search engine algorithms and competitor activity are outside our control.
17. Plan Scope Enforcement: SEO activities are bound to the deliverables agreed upon in your scoped engagement. Any requests outside the included scope (e.g., backlink campaigns, PR outreach, large-scale content development beyond your agreed volume) will be quoted as a separate project or add-on service.
18. No Guaranteed Results: While we use industry best practices and data-driven optimization strategies, Arising Co. makes no guarantees regarding conversions, cost-per-click, ROAS, or overall campaign performance due to external market variables beyond our control.
19. Ad Platform Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your products, offers, and landing pages comply with advertising platform policies (e.g., Meta, Google). If your ads are disapproved due to noncompliance, we will notify you and provide guidance, but resolution is your responsibility.
20. Scope Limitations: Deliverables are defined by your selected plan tier (Starter, Grow, or Impact). Any additional requests (e.g., landing page design, CRM integration, or new funnel builds) may require a separate project quote or retainer.

Agreement Details & Maintenance Plans for Websites

Your 12-month agreement or 6-month agreement term begins on the date of purchase. Subsequent monthly payments will be automatically charged to the card on file on the same day of each month.

Upon successful completion of your 12-month or 6-month agreement, full ownership of your website and its content is transferred to you. If you choose to cancel, a backup file of your website will be provided upon request. If no cancellation is initiated, your account will transition to one of our month-to-month plans, ranging from:

• $20/month — Hosting only (secure managed hosting, weekly backups, uptime monitoring, software updates)
• $200/month — Hosting, maintenance & unlimited content edits (all hosting features plus unlimited content edits per our Unlimited Edit Policy, and priority technical support)

After the initial 12-month or 6-month term, you may cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time by providing 30 days' notice.

SEO Plan Renewals & Adjustments

• SEO plans are month-to-month and automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled with at least 14 days’ written notice before the billing date
• You may adjust your scope (scale up or down) with written notice; changes apply at the next billing cycle
• Deliverables are scoped per engagement and do not roll over month to month

PPC Plan Changes & Renewals

• You may upgrade or downgrade your PPC plan with 15 days’ written notice; changes apply at the next billing cycle
• Management fees are based on prior month’s ad spend for percentage-based plans
• Pausing your campaign does not pause billing during the contract term, as management fees cover planning, strategy, and readiness
• PPC plans automatically renew unless canceled with 30 days’ notice after the initial 3-month term

• One-time payment plans (such as Launch Fast) are covered by the terms above.
• SEO retainer plans are month-to-month and may be canceled with 14 days' written notice before the billing date.

• Click-Wrap Consent: By completing checkout, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Digital Service Nature: Launch Fast websites are digital, customized services and therefore are exempt from typical refund laws once work begins.
• Portfolio Use: Arising Co may display anonymized screenshots or project examples for marketing unless you decline in writing.
